KARACHI: Sindh Assembly on Monday unanimously passed a resolution against brutal repression, barbarism and severe human rights violations by Indian forces in the Occupied Kashmir, ARY News reported.

The resolution was moved by the Pakistan People’s Party legislator Sharmila Faruqi.

The resolution reads: “…More than 100 Kashmiris have been killed, while innocent children and woman have been blinded by pellet guns used by Indian forces in the held Kashmir…”

It further demanded the international community and United Nations “to support the legitimate right of self-determination of the Kashmir people to call India to honour the resolution of the UN General Assembly…”
